You Will Need One Base Coat (1) One Opaque Natural Color (2) One Glitter Polish (3) One Top Coat (4) Take polish number one and paint a thin coat of it all over the nail. Next paint two thin coats of polish two onto your nail, letting the polish dry in between coats. Paint three coats of your glitter polish onto your nail and let the polish dry all the way.
