1. Hop in the shower with your favorite shampoo
2. Begin bothering in shampoo to ends of hair and work your way towards the scalp
3. Once at the scalp begin at the bottom of the neck massaging head and feeing for little scab like welts.
4. If you find any have a trusted adult remove them carefully.
