This is a very effeciant way to pack a healthy lunch.
Ingredients
Iceburg Lettuce
Spinach
Bell pepper
Apple
Peanuts
Brazil Nuts
Dressing of your choice.
Add ingredients to a freezer bag and shake to toss up the salad. Put a fork in the bag and close. Then you can stick it in your backpack with your beverage of choice (I like Pepsi or Bottled water with cucumber or lime)
